What the styles mean
- Vinyasa
- Postures linked to the breath in a continuous sequence. Expect to move and to warm up.
- Slow flow
- Vinyasa taken slowly, with longer holds. The same shapes with more time in each.
- Ashtanga
- A set sequence of postures in a fixed order, practiced the same way each time. The most physically demanding of the styles here.
- Hatha
- Postures held for longer, with less flowing between them. Often the easiest place to start.
- Yin
- Floor-based and slow. Each shape is held for three to six minutes, so the work reaches the connective tissue rather than the muscle. The gentlest class on the timetable.
- Yogalates
- Yoga shapes with Pilates core work folded in. Recognizable to anyone who takes the mat classes.
Each class, in the teacher's words
Slow Flow Vinyasa
Monday, 7:00 – 8:00 pm · Arta Habili
A gentle, mindful flow designed to slow you down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath. Through intentional movement, deep breathing, and longer-held poses, this class helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and cortisol, and relax the mind. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and at ease.
Yogalates
Tuesday, 5:45 – 6:45 pm · Nicole Palmieri
Yogalates blends the mindful movement of yoga with the strength and precision of Pilates, with a focus on intentional movement and proper form. Expect a balanced, energizing practice with a playful, nostalgic edge.
Ashtanga Power
Thursday, 8:30 – 9:30 am · Arta Habili
A dynamic, energizing practice rooted in the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series. Move through a strong, structured sequence of postures linked with breath to build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. This invigorating class challenges the body, clears the mind, and leaves you feeling powerful, grounded, and refreshed.
Yin Yoga
Thursday, 7:00 – 8:00 pm · Christine Gryszkiewicz
Breathe, soften and release. Yin is a slow, intentional, floor-based practice designed to help you decompress, quiet the mind, and soften the body. Postures are held for 3–6 minutes, allowing you to gently access the deeper connective tissues and fascia, releasing stress and encouraging the nervous system to settle into a state of relaxation. Through stillness, breath, and surrender, Yin invites you to let go of tension and create space within, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
Detox & Cleanse Vinyasa
Friday, 8:30 – 9:30 am · Arta Habili
A revitalizing Vinyasa flow designed to awaken the body, stimulate lymphatic circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Flow through twists, binds, and mindful movement to release tension, support digestion, and encourage a sense of lightness and balance. A nourishing reset for the body and mind.
Hatha Yoga
Friday, 10:00 – 11:00 am · Christine Gryszkiewicz
Hatha practice is designed to bring you home to your body. We will begin with deep, mindful stretching to release tension and gently prepare the body for longer-held poses. Movement will be paired with your breath. In our Hatha practice we will cultivate strength and flexibility, and deepen our mind-body connection. All levels are welcome, with modifications offered to honor and support your unique practice. Leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.

New to yoga?
Start with hatha or slow flow, where the pace gives you time to find each shape. Every class here is mixed-level and modifications are offered throughout, so you are not choosing between a beginner class and a hard one. What a first class is like →
Pregnancy and injuries
The studio does not offer prenatal instruction. Some classes include prone work, deep spinal flexion, twisting and inversions that are not suitable during pregnancy, so if you are or may be pregnant, speak to your doctor first and tell the teacher before class. Tell the teacher about any injury or limitation either way, and they will give you an alternative.
