Props are utilized in every class. They include: hand weights, resistive bands and loops, mini stability balls, yoga blocks, Pilates rings, and sliders. Props are an important aspect of these classes. Jennifer uses these props to bring the work of the Pilates apparatus right to you on your own mat!
